No ventilation in any apartments leads to fun little mold build up around your windows and in your baths. The place is overpriced and outdated, with a "manager" who finds every excuse to not work or be helpful that you could think of. We finally sold our contract after months and dozens of interested contacts only to hear back from nearly all of them that manager, Rich, wouldn't take any of their calls or was entirely unhelpful. Better places are out there.

We have had a wonderful experience working with management and living at harmony square. The apartments are very quiet, well kept and as close to BYU campus as you can get. My husband walks to campus everyday and it takes ~10 minutes. On- site parking is the best you can get! They also throw socials every couple of months so residents can get to know each other. We had a maintenance request put it and it was filled the next morning at 9 am. Thanks Rich and management, we’ve loved it here so far.

Great first apartment for us. Super close to campus and newly remodeled. We didn't have any problems with management. Thin-ish walls/ceilings and heating/cooling isn't very good so we had to get a heater and fan for the bedroom.
