The halotherapy session in the salt room was very relaxing. I felt the difference after only a few minutes, my typical sinus tension lifted and my breathing felt much clearer. I would definitely do this again!
I wasn't expecting much except 45 minutes to just relax so decided it was worth the special of $20 for a first time session. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that when I left I felt fantastic! My head and neck were no longer hurting and my entire body basically just felt better. It was definitely a positive experience and I WILL be returning. I'm all about helping myself feel better especially with natural options! Even though I am a retired nurse, I still like to use non-medical interventions if possible!
Just experienced my first Himalayan Salt Spa, so relaxing. It is a beautiful space, I want to try the sauna next!!!
