I just had a deep tissue massage with Olga and she was amazing. She really knows what she’s doing and worked all the areas that needed attention without it feeling rushed. I walked in tense and left feeling so much better. On top of that, the entire staff was so welcoming and genuinely nice from the moment I walked in. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be coming back.
This review should be 5 stars, but due to one deeply unfortunate experience, it is a painful 2. Pros: Clean facilities, excellent concept, beautifully designed rooms, Debbie (staff) was a bright spot, and the spa packages are thoughtfully composed. Cons: The massage therapist ignored a clear, reasonable request and caused my sister physical pain. We were charged full price for this service, despite immediately notifying staff of the issue. I had a fantastic lymphatic drainage with Robert, recommended by Debbie! What a wonderful session and wonderful people. He came in on his day off and she is such a welcoming and amazing woman. I can't wait until next Monday! I highly recommend and will be coming back with friends, also. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I spent a 1/2 day at the spa ('Pamper the Day Away"), had 5 services (a massage, the sauna, salt bed, salt cave, & hand/foot). What a GREAT day! Deb coordinated the scheduling & our 'day of' care, and Olga was my massage therapist & I can't say enough good things about her! Definitely coming back. I feel fantastic. Better than I have in ages. Do yourself a favor...GO! You deserve it!
My husband and I went here for the first time for our anniversary. The salt cave here is so unique. Both the owners were there and are so sweet and made sure our appointment went well. They were so kind and friendly. The store in the front has such cool oils and sugar scrubs that are all locally made. Very reasonably priced too. The was an issue with our appointment, but the owner was very quick to respond and took good care of us. Highly recommend.
