Pushy office people – The office is closed on Fridays, so, if you have a Monday appointment they will call to remind you on Thursday. They will call a couple of times if they do not here from you. I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment, and the office person gave me some guilt about it. Dr. Matile is a great dentist but some of the staff are pushy.
