Abe, and his assistant Scott, came from PA to CA to perform warranty work on our screens. They did it graciously, comprehensively, and with great care. So many companies ghost you when you need warranty work but neither our distributor (Boss Security in Nevada) or the manufacturer (Harmony) have ghosted us when we have needed them despite their already having the full payment for the product and its installation one year ago. Thank you.
