Useless Response: I'm not emailing you to say that the first therapist you assigned me told me to go outside and play Pokémon Go and the second is being claimed to be a psychologist by her staff, but all she did was talk about her weight, politics and played a video during my in person visit. What a joke. For a non-profit they happen to have the nicest office out of all the mental health facilities in the area
I sought care and had to answer a million questions about my gender because that’s the norm today. To avoid offending people I have to go out of my way to answer questions unrelated to my care. Two weeks later I called them and they finally booked an appointment. Then I was expected to go to their office so they could take vitals just to sit in front a computer for the nurse practitioner. Asked to speak with Director was told no by the receptionist on 12/5/2022 2:26pm. Never heard of a facility that wouldn't transfer you.
My stepson had counseling here. they would not allow either his mother or I even in the building bc we weren’t vaccinated. Even if we wore masks I. The waiting area. They expected us to let a 9 yr old walk in to a building take an elevator up and find the right door then sign himself in. Thee was no communication from his therapist to us as well
