I had such a great experience at Harmony MedSpa. I have had many treatments with Michelle, who is amazing at what she does! I feel so great after every appointment and totally recommend this place to my family and friends.
The staff at Harmony MedSpa are so friendly, and they are great at what they do. I would 100% recommend this place. And I would recommend booking with Michelle who is great at what she does.
I msged on Instagram to book an appointment and apparently I was booked for 3 pm today and then cancelled my appointment without informing me. Luckily I had called to reschedule only to find out my appointment had been cancelled by the same rep! Imagine if I showed up for my hydra facial and no one was available to perform it. Horrible service, you guys need to fix your scheduling system it’s not professionalism at all
The team here is not only thoughtful and respectful but professional when assessing my skin and providing me with accurate steps to clear it up! Michelle is a joy to be around !!
