I had a nice experience visiting this clinic. For a better experience for a non emergency consultation, visit few days earlier to make a booking or call to make a booking. This will reduce the time you will have to wait. Dr. Suzy and the receptionists are so professional. Kudos.
Receptionist staff was rude and unacceptable behaviour . Receptionist doing partiality.They didn’t accept walking at 08:30 for 1year old baby just because dr. Suzy is not his family doctor. But they accept walking other people later on. Such a bad experience.
Bad service
Been going here since they opened and have had no problems. The staff is knowledgeable and you aren't usually waiting too long especially if you have an appointment. Overall I've had no issues.
