Harmony King has never been managed so poorly. It used to be an amazing place to call home. Amanda was lovely, Mac was fantastic and Angie was a champion. Georgina came along and at first she was delightful. I don't know what happened. Menopause maybe. She turned into the most unprofessional individual. Extremely rude. She became a bully. She harassed and threatened us to the point where we had to leave. The Board of Directors are no better. This building has turned into a cult. The property ( ADMIN) Georgina Causes a lot of disturbance to tenants . Probably one of the worst property admins I’ve come across in a while. She’s rude, speaks to you as if she owns the building try’s to disturb your Peace . The building it’s self is Okay but when this women checks into her Day job she will do whatever she can to make ur Home environment Hell before she goes Home … hope she gets replaced Soon.
New management company is great. Georgina is nice, professional and easy to work with.
