After sales Service is terrible! Service Dept expects the customer to either schedule around their days off OR around their poor scheduling of Mechanics for the day. Customers are appointed to 1 service writer, which is wrong imo. Both service writers should be able to take over for each other to ensure the Customer is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
