I would not recommend Gerald Schultz and Harmony Homes Property Management. I used him as a property manager. He was very unorganized and was often unable to produce end of month expense reports. He was difficult to get in contact with and very unprofessional. We had to evict a tenant and pursue small claims court action. Gerald did not help with that at all. Isn’t that what property managers do?

The personal that showed is the apartment acted very burdened while he was showing it to us, just made it uncomfortable
