Would give zero stars if possible. My parents were searching for a summer home and came across the HillanLake Community in Brooklyn - scheduled a showing for one of the mobile homes available. Met Angie there and the nightmare ensued. Not only did she come to the showing with zero information about the home (after asking multiple times for a sellers disclosure/listing/community by laws) she flat out lied to my mom and I about dog breeds and being allowed to have a golf cart. Denise and Angie’s unethical behavior is simply unacceptable and I would caution anyone considering using Harmony Homes to thoroughly research other options before making the decision to work with this company. The first week after closing, I was bombarded with calls and texts about when I would be vacating the property. 0 Stars should be given, I have not had an experience with this company (and never will) but my sister & her husband had an awful experience with Harmony Homes. My sister & her husband contacted Harmony Homes to sell their home. Denise came to their home took some pictures with her phone (not a camera but a cell phone) and only posted their house ON ONE SITE (their website) not to mention they only posted ONE picture of the house. Here's the story: Needed to sell our home as quickly as possible, and our trailer park (at the time) was not interested in a buy-back. So, we decided to contact Harmony Homes. They came out, took some photos and listed the property. After a month or so, we contacted them in regards to the home only being listed on their website with ONE photo they had taken that day.
