Great products and taking the time to help us with our needs.
We had to cancel our chair lift order to the second floor after a few weeks due to a change of a family member's condition. They were nice enough to let us cancel even though we had to pay a penalty which was reasonable.
Delivery, pricing and products were all 5 stars. Even on a Friday!
Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy.
