We've been completely impressed by the customer service this company has shown us. We ordered a custom bed for my husband who is a stroke victim. When Eric, the store manager,found out it is going to take 2 weeks longer to build than he originally quoted me, he offered to send a temporary fully electric bed with a memory foam mattress at no charge to us until the new bed arrives. It was critical that my rented scooter was at the Motel when I arrived for check-in. It was! Dealing with Miss Aurelia was not only professional but pleasant.
