I've been in several times over last 6 years. Always received very courteous welcome and good suggestions to solve my problem. If I needed a part, they always changed it out at the shop. Saved me the hassle. Handy location for me.
Sales reps quick to grasp my problem and enthusiastically worked to provide resolution. The usual “we can’t help you because we don’t do it that way” wasn’t an issue with your staff. They were knowledgeable with your inventory and the suppliers. They actually involved the supplier to solve my problem and called me back to assure me resolution. Your old fashioned concern for the customer is to be lauded and your staff’s extra effort is commendable.
Jason came on time with all the supplies he needed to install grab bars in our bathrooms. He offered helpful advice and suggestions and completed a professional job in an acceptable time frame. There may be cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and this is Harmony Home's specialty.
Absolute a class act to say the least, and will recommend to any friends in need. Nice very knowledgeable young lady demonstrated the exact lifting device for my bed ridden wife, and my experience left nothing to be desired. 10 stars!
