Harmony Hospice nurse Karyn W. at August Haus in Gaylord, MI was rude, disrespectful and untruthful causing disruption among family members and staff with my actively dying mother. The nurse and aid are good, but this does not seem to be a good match for patients with dementia and agitation. My dad’ does not have complete meltdowns that often. Tonight in the middle of a diaper change my dad had a meltdown. I tried meds and they did not help. I called the on-call nurse and she suggested additional meds. They didn’t work. Harmony Hospice Care did such an amazing job taking care of my father! I cannot say enough about how caring and thoughtful the entire staff was throughout the entire process. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
