As a former home care agency founder and Director, I had twenty years to watch agency's open and operate. Harmony has clinical supervision by the RN who is one of the owners. Patrick is wonderful and is a calming influence at intakes. The staff are compassionate, professional and experienced. There simply isn't an agency in any of the areas we service that has all of these qualities. They are a model of what home care should be. It's what I always strived for.
Harmony is the most caring, professional home care organization I have worked for. They make their caregivers feel like we are all a part of a family. All of their clients feel like royalty! I love working here.
When my father's dementia got really bad, my mother who is 90 herself could not keep up with things. Harmony send us an angel named Kim who made our lives so much easier, and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you so much.
