I always appreciate the time and care that the entire staff takes with me and my pet. I never feel rushed or that any detail is overlooked. I always feel that the team and I have discussed every important point of concern. I will definitely continue to use this practice for my aging dog and any future pet pets.
My cat died within less than 24 hours of receiving a FNA recommend by Dr. Werden. My young cat had been having issues with his kidneys for approximately three months with an assumed diagnosis of renal lymphoma. I am on adopted pet/dog #13 over nearly 29 years and 28 of those years, Dr. Werden and many of her staff have cared for my babies. Nine of them so far had to be let go and I am so grateful to Dr. Werden and her ladies that they supported me, cried, held my hand, spoken softly and kindly, and helped us through each one. Dr. Werden is truly the cat whisperer and I always look forward to seeing her for my cats mulitiple issues (recent FIP treatment and IBD). If it wasnt for her and all the helpful staff that have assisted along the way, my kitty wouldn't be alive today.
