Dr. Matthew Nester is the best! He has excellent bedside manners and makes sure you understand everything that's going on. He is very skilled and very competent surgeon. A exert in his field, Whenever I had questions or problems I would text or call and get quick answers and resolutions. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends..
This place is a nightmare. You can’t reach anyone. Every number routes you to a call center in another country and they won’t connect you to the actual office. You can’t even get help for something simple. Why is it so hard to talk to a human at the front desk? Fix your system. this is ridiculous.
I wish I could give half a star, honestly. Do NOT go to Dr. Hurt for your foot problems. My mom visited him today and he has absolutely 0 bedside manners. He diagnosed her with diabetic neuropathy, but the doctor only did a screening of her symptoms. He didn't even check her feet so I'm not sure his diagnoses was 100% correct. Then he starts preparing an injection which he literally stabs into my mom's foot. No warning, no gentleness.
