I have been bringing my husband to this clinic, (the Elmont location) for about 3 years and recently I have experienced very rude and unprofessional employees at the registration desk. I was so annoyed by their attitude last week that I left, I asked to speak with the nurse manager but she was unavailable and although I left a voicemail she never returned my call. PLEASE train your front office in communication.
I love this hospital, as a woman it helps great to be attended by the mostly female staff here.
My service Michelle was kind and she did best job with me! Blood work and everything was smooth.
