Our family has been going to Harmony Health for three years. We have found the therapists here to be finnicky, and there's a reason you're always having to bounce professionals here. Seems they cannot keep people on a schedule at all. We have seen 4-5 different therapists here due to no room for schedule accommodations. If you're disabled, it doesn't matter-- if you don't give them that full day notice, you're getting billed. Jo Opitz failed me and my family as a counselor. She met with my child only once, yet wrote a sweeping letter that felt biased and disconnected from the purpose of reunification. Shannon has been responsive, accommodating, and we have immensely appreciated that our child has been on a consistent learning and observation path. We just pulled our other kids out of Healing Tree as they absolutely treated us like a number and our kids like they didn't need to be there, and are patiently waiting to get them into this practice as our experience here has been exactly what we feel therapy for a child should be.
