Foot Zone Therapy is so AMAZING!!! I have seen Lilla twice now and each time has been so relaxing! Almost as if she was massaging my whole body, but only worked on my feet. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back!!! Thanks Lilla.

I’ve had two foot zone treatments from Lilla - and they are ah-mazing!! She is knowledgeable and has the healing touch!! I left feeling relaxed, focused and energized! It is beyond self care - it if preventative maintenance! Treat yourself!!

I have been seeing Lilla at Harmony Health and Wellness since late in 2023. I highly recommend her, and here is why. I have Rheumatoid arthritis. With that disease comes multiple deformities. I could not straighten my right arm, it always had a curve to it. The toes on my left foot, two of them crossed over each other, which was very painful. When I put on sneakers. Lilla at Harmony Health & Wholeness is simply the best! I have had several foot zone sessions with her and each and every time, she listens not only to me, but to what my body is telling her - so intuitive and always professional. She is able to pinpoint problems I couldn't put my finger on. The therapeutic benefits have been priceless!
