Harmony Healing has been such a blessing in my life. Kat understands people, their energy, their chi and can really help you find ways to align your mental, spiritual, and physical self. She has also helped with several of my chronic injuries, including my migraines, neck pain, and hip pain. On top of all of this, she is an amazing person!! So happy to have found this place.

Kat is an amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable acupuncturist and healer. She helped me with acupuncture and cupping for the months leading up to my IVF embryo transfer, and throughout my pregnancy. It helped so much with blood flow, calming my nervous system, and so much more. She ended each session with a little foot massage - such a treat! I whole heartedly recommend Harmony Healing!
