Could not possibly recommend Emily enough. Having gone through some highly emotional shifts in my life I was struggling to process deep emotions which had a negative impact on my daily life. I’ve received a few sessions from Emily now but could physically feel the emotional shift in the first session. I feel so grounded and strong which is all thanks to you Emily 💚
