Bad haircut, bad color. I am now the same color from roots to ends, highlights obliterated and no color seal or glaze. Awful communications from stylist...called Manager, she actually stated that she doesn't believe me. I am so sick and tired of no one taking any responsibility for carelessness to the point of not even apologizing for mistakes!
