Poor customer service. Asked for help multiple times, simply wanted to know price and demographics of a few plants where the label was not preset, but was told “I don’t know.” I followed up with can you find me someone who does, and again I was told “I don’t know how to find someone to help.”

The tree crew and John were so competent, helpful and conscientious! We have 5 beautiful new trees and yard full of bee and butterfly attracting plants. Thank you Harmony Gardens!
The customer service is less than helpful concerning their tree warranty. I purchased and had them plant a large maple that is dying and they do not want to honor the warranty. Very frustrating.
Love the helpfulness, plus the great selection of plants. The prices are very competitive for healthy plants.
Dont do what they say they are gonna do delivered a tree to us refused to plant it when we had previously paid for planting. When i spoke to guy on the phone he said he would have someone plant it . horrible customer service!! Never buy from again
John showed us around today and made a lot of great suggestions. He was helpful but not pushy and interacted with our kids and made it a fun afternoon!! Thanks John
