Exemplary: 10/10! I had an incredible experience with Tomer and Harmony Garage Doors. Tomer is an honest, sincere and genuine person. Very easy over the phone experience. Once he came by to take a look, he gave me a good price and repaired my operator bracket the same day. It’s good to know there’s people out there you can rely on. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’ve recommended Harmony Garage Doors to all my friends in Aurora. Can’t say thank you enough!

Benjamin answered my call and came out immediately. My issue was the emergency handle did nothing. The garage door remained shut having to manually lift it with a large amount of strength. I told him I wouldn't be home and that I gave him remote access to do the job. He replaced my springs as it was worn out and lost its tension. He did it quick he followed up with a video of the door operating much better allowing egress in an emergency when the emergency handle was pulled. Highly recommended will hire again.
