RecommendedI’m in love with Harmony Forge! It was the perfect fit for our wedding venue. We had all of our events on the property; rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception, and had most of our wedding party lodged in the inn the entire weekend. The barn is a blank slate with only tables and chairs provided so you can decorate it to any style you want. Our guests raved about how beautiful of a space it was. Phil was very easy going and helpful!
My husband and I chose Harmony Forge Inn & Barn as our out of state wedding venue for 2 reasons. 1.) It doubled as a place to stay for my immediate family who were all travelling from Austin,Texas and 2.) Our ceremony and reception would only be steps away from each other! (easier for guests). Went to the Mowery wedding and had an amazing time in this hidden gem in Bellefonte. The rustic barn, beautiful home, and the creek that runs by made this a genuine centre course county wedding.
We looked at a lot of venues before booking Harmony Forge for my daughter's wedding. The prices are very comparable to other venues, but the barn layout, yard, landscaping and creek running behind the property make it a definite stand out. (And the happy couple and our photographer even got in the creek for some one-of-a-kind photos.) Also, the convenient option of renting out the house for the weekend made it the perfect choice.
