Very unhappy with basket of flowers delivered to memorial service. Flowers late, not in white basket, only daisies. Will not use Harmony Florist again. Left message to speak with manager in moring, have not heard from manager and it is 2:45 now

Found them online. Ordering online from them was a breeze. Was a little worried due to me living in the Oakand/San Francisco bay area in Cali and her being in Vancover. I had 2 questions for them. 1 was to see a picture of the upgraded order that I placed, and 1 to see if they sent a confirmation after delivery. Both were answered via email.. So, I ordered online, asked and had questions answered online, and received delivery notice online. Never having to make a phone call to them. They did offer a call, but I was satisfied... read more

I ordered an arrangement for my 96 year old mother that was never delivered. I called you but you never called me back. I flew from CA to visit my mother. Your place of business does not exist as advertised. In fact, other tenants in the building where you were said you closed your store in November. You got my money but my mother did not get her plant. I would call this fraud. Shame on you.
