Today I was treated by Dr. Popkins, and for the first time in my 53 years, I can say that I received an excellent teeth cleaning, in addition to his high level of professionalism. This was very different from the last service I received from Mr. Oscar, which left me with no desire to return, as, in addition to his hostile attitude, he treated my gums very roughly.
