Thank you for all team people specially Karen y Norma. Today I was treated by Dr. Popkins, and for the first time in my 53 years, I can say that I received an excellent teeth cleaning, in addition to his high level of professionalism. This was very different from the last service I received from Mr. Oscar, which left me with no desire to return, as, in addition to his hostile attitude, he treated my gums very roughly.
Wowwww ! I'm so pleased with the work my dentist did! I got a really good cleaning, without any trauma, and when I saw the result I was very satisfied! Thank you so much, Dr. Robert Popkins, and thank you, Karen and Norma, for your excellent care!!!!
It’s was a very nice experience, the doctor and her assistant were very helpful and very friendly with me. The procedure was very straightforward and good.
At best I can say it was okay. Cleaning was rather ordinary, but I was disappointed overall. Having decades in dental office experience I know the right questions to ask when I'm making appointments. When I booked the appointment I had asked for a cleaning and exam. They also had not checked the insurance to see which x-rays I was eligible for.
