I highly recommend Harmony for counseling and therapy. Liz and her assistant, Stevie, are kind, personable, and warm. When you are first starting out, these characteristics shine through and make you feel comfortable and secure at what is often a vulnerable and frustrating time. Harmony is a wise choice if having substance abuse issues. Liz is an extremely effective counselor with an understanding and caring nature. Although the work is done by the individual, an experienced guide is paramount to success. In my experience, Liz helped me forge the key needed to unlock the toolbox I had within to properly deal with my addiction and mental health issues. Liz is held in high regard in my life.

I can honestly say that because of how much I've gotten out of having Liz Brown as my therapist I'm GLAD I got that DUI! Liz helped me see all the work that was left to do within myself.
