Project manager no-show, no-call to provide a quote; even after calling his cell phone to remind him of our appointment 15 minutes before our appointment [where he initially told me I had the wrong person]. Then I called and texted his cell phone several times after he missed our set appointment time. We waited over an hour for him to show. I would give no stars if I could. ¡No es bueno!
