Kara & his spectacular team did an amazing job cleaning my mother’s house which was in a terrible state. I found their service to be empathetic and of an extremely high level, with fantastic communication - not to mention we needed a quick turnaround while the house was empty and they responded quickly. If I could give them 1,000 stars 🌟 I would.
The service provided on my rental property in Christchurch was top notch - the house was cleaned exceptionally well especially a stained/mouldy bathroom ceiling that was like new again. The carpet cleaning service was very good too. Recommend for a good house cleaning provider
Unprofessional, unreliable, unprepared and rude. They mucked us around multiple times: they told us last minute they double-booked us so we had to reschedule, they then no-showed the rescheduled date (we rung them to see why they hadn’t shown up and apparently the staff member was sick) and THEN showed up 30 mins late when they finally did show up to the rescheduled rescheduled booking date. Tara and his team were great. Prompt service. Very well priced. Very good communication. They did a great deep clean on our 4 bedroom house.
Got an end-of-tenancy clean (technically a pre-tenancy clean) and window clean. Cleaning was mostly good, but I had to wipe the kitchen sink, laundry sink, scrub the toilet, wipe down a kitchen shelf, part of the bench, and the front of the fridge after the cleaner had left. The inside window cleaning was good. The outside window cleaning was average. Overall, it's a case of I should have saved the money and done it myself, then at least I could do it to my own standards.
