I would give minus stars if possible. My best advice. KEEP LOOKING. Do not settle if you have other options look for other options. You pay for parking and might still end up getting towed or deal with parking issues. And the places never get updated the moment you pay. You are told you can't have nothing in your front yard. You basically shouldn't even exist but do pay over $1600..if you moved in and something brakes you can pray that you can get it fixed but don't hold your breathe. Jaden, is amazing to work with. He goes above anything I expected. I would highly recommend working with him any chance you get. He helped me get approved and ready to move in however family things came up and I had to blackout at last minute. I hope to work with him again soon.

I’ve been living here for 2 years and the Manager she’s been doing better! But they do need to update these apartments inside the complex not outside! Every apartment inside does not look the same ones can look nicer than others. There not worth the 1000 something for a one bedroom apartments and yes there is hardly any parking. But overall yes no one bothers & ive been fine where I’m at people upstairs have been awesome when it come to noise & I do want to thank you for maintenance when I need something there here!

They could handle noise complaints a little more seriously. I've been here for several months now, I already gave up and can't wait to move when my lease is up. After trying to email the main office, writing letters and even calling the police, I'm tired. I mean I can't speak for everybody so if you like crying children and mariachi music 'til 2am, you'll be fine. Also my car got damaged while parked in my assigned parking spot (no surveillance btw), so if you're looking for "personality" you'll be fine too.
