Harmony caregiving home care provided mom mom with great care. The team was professional, friendly, and supportive to all my mom’s needs. My mom is very demanding and grumpy but the team at Harmony always respected my mom. The communication with Harmony was fantastic and even reached out to me when my mom ended up in hospital wanting to know how she was doing, and truly wanted to know how she was doing. For the short time of 6 months using them I considered like family.
The two Philippines manager that I interviewed was extremely unprofessional and they were discriminant to me a Canadian citizen and told me that they were only going to hire Filipinos plus these people claim to be government when they most certainly are not which is illegal in Canada
I stumbled onto the Harmony Caregiving site as I was looking for help for my uncle out in the Devon/Spruce Grove area. I am so glad I found them! Sherri-Lynn took my call and we hit it off right away! We both interviewed with her and we’ve had quite a few excellent caregivers come out! I even had them come into the hospital for my uncle during his 48 day stay there! They provided some extra special care for him! They’ve supported us in sooo many ways! I’m so grateful and would definitely recommend them!
We have been using Harmony now for 17 months. I completely recommend them. They are genuinely caring, considerate, and great communicators. They have high levels of integrity and we absolutely love the caregiver that they found for us. They took a lot of time to listen to our needs and find the right person for us. You are in great hands If you choose harmony as your Home Care team I am very grateful.
Harmony Care giving gave me peace of mind. The empathy and care they have provided my father was excellent. Not only do they care for my father they also cared about my well being! The companionship and the house cleaning were fantastic! Thank you to Harmony for all they have done and beyond.
