I have been working with Carrie Wenzel for about a month. On a personal level, she is amazing. I wish I could give her 10 stars. Your sister companies fail to provide security deposits back within 30 days as required by Colorado law. The apartments and units in general that you build are of low standards. No insulation, no proper building inspectors, no standards it seems....y'all are a disgusting company. Anyone with any morals or standards should be aware of this. They didn't get to become the biggest homebuilder in the US treating their staff or customers correctly. Disgraceful!
