Extremely disappointing exprience.poor construction quality,constant maintenance issues,and unhelpful management. Harmony by D.R. Horton is not worth the investment . Regret choosing this place would not recommend to anyone .
I have been working with Carrie Wenzel for about a month. On a personal level, she is amazing. I wish I could give her 10 stars. She is helpful, positive, and looking to assist you in your home-baying journey. She does work for DR Horton, that’s a fact, but she always looks for ways to help you the best she could. Your sister companies fail to provide security deposits back within 30 days as required by Colorado law. The apartments and units in general that you build are of low standards. No insulation, no proper building inspectors, no standards it seems....y'all are a disgusting company. Anyone with any morals or standards should be aware of this. They didn't get to become the biggest homebuilder in the US treating their staff or customers correctly. Disgraceful!
