As someone that has struggled with their mental health for 20 years, and lived in multiple states where I've seen multiple providers, this facility was such a lucky find. Getting help is already difficult without rude staff and practitioners that are unhelpful. I'm thankful that I found Harmony after moving to WV. I have the sweetest therapist! She is very helpful! I also like it that I can do tele-health considering I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder and sometimes don't feel comfortable being in an office

Had an appointment set up on Friday and after not being able to connect to the session, I tried to call the front desk and get help but received no answer. End up missing the session due to technical errors and the therapist calls me and says that it's my fault for missing the appointment. I explained that I tried to call the front desk for assistance (during normal business hours) and they never answered the phone after multiple attempts.
