So disappointed in my most recent experience at Harmony. Have been shopping here for decades and the staff have always been helpful and pleasant. I had a permanent bracelet repaired here and spent $40 for the service to have it re-welded on. The welder attached the new jump ring to the old jump ring and told me this is how it needed to be repaired. I have other permanent pieces and this has never been done or even suggested. My daughter and I liked this store, it’s cute, but every-time I go in whoever is assisting me seems so inconvenienced to do so. I was there Aug 3 to purchase my daughter a sweet 16 present, when I walked in no one acknowledged my presence, mind you there were 3 people working. ( one assisting another customer and 2 behind the counter). When I did ask for assistance the young lady seemed annoyed, agitated, huffing and puffing. Sweetest place ever!! They are always so accommodating and their customer service is wonderful. I love shopping here because I know I get good quality jewelry and if there are any issues they don’t hesitate to do whatever they can to fix it!!
