I'm sure Harmon's does a good job when they actually do the job. However, they left me down big time. They gave me an estimate in mid-October and were supposed to schedule me for Dec. However, someone dropped the ball and I was never scheduled--- so then they scheduled me for Jan. 4. I called Jan. 2 to make sure all was ready and was told they wouldn't do the needed repairs. They decided all of a sudden that they would only do a total re-screen! Now I have to start all over trying to find someone to repair my father's pool s... read more

The workers came out after IRMA and partially fixed my screen room. They gave me an invoice to pay on the first day and promised to be back out once they got the proper kick panel. I made the mistake of paying the invoice and can’t them to come back out to finish the job. I’ve called at least 10 times and they don’t call back.. I guess once they get your money they are done with you. Pretty shady business!

During the aftermath of Hurricane Irma we did our best to make all of our customers happy. We did complete this job as promised, the customer was still not satisfied with the timeliness of the completion so we gave him a full refund of $160.00.
Harmon’s recently replaced our pool screen enclosure and built/repaired our window screens. It’s been a busy time for them with all the damage from Hurricane Irma. They missed one of the window screens so I called them and they came back and repaired that screen. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up well when they were done.
