Very friendly and kind staff. Speedy refills. I always receive a message as soon as my meds are ready, usually sooner than the time frame given.
They bend over backwards to help manage my prescriptions, casing my doctor when necessary and even putting up with my useless insurance to solve problems
The pharmacist here are all really nice and 2 techs. One tech (I’m not sure of his name) dark hair curly. He is VERY rude. Same with the other tech who wears a hearing aide (don’t know her name as well). She had thrown my prescription bags at me across the counter she is VERY RUDE AS WELL. There is no reason to be treating your customers like that what so ever. Harmons needs to fix this situations with these techs because it is ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY! I’ve always had problems with this pharmacy but today was the worst. They left me a message about a question they had about a prescription they received from my doctor. The beginning of the message was the guy complaining to his co-worker that I didn’t answer the phone. Really nice to leave your customer a message complaining about said customer.
