Scheduled an appt for today about a week ago. My schedule at work changed and I made multiple attempts over the past 4 days to reschedule. I called and left voicemails and texted. Never heard back. Didn’t even show up for the appt today because j was at work and this “provider” still hasn’t followed up. Less than reliable and non responsive to clients.
Super sweet and welcoming. Very accommodating with my kiddos!
