I recommend Harmonica Psychiatry, specifically Jennifer Baker. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled in evidence-based strategies to support individual needs. She is open-minded and collaborative in identifying approaches that work best for each client. Sessions are well-structured while allowing flexibility when clinically appropriate. I am not prescribed medication through this office and cannot speak to that aspect of care.
I was skeptical at first but after speaking with my mental health counselor it really helped me understand what I was feeling emotionally, as well as gave me techniques to try and limit and and or help when I have worse days I really appreciate your help. Thank you.
