Did not keep her appointment. Did not offer to make it right. Only "sorry I wasted your time." I was literally having the worst time of my life personally and took off work for this. I was REALLY looking forward to and needed an oasis. She first tried to put it on me saying she tried to cancel the day before but I gave her the wrong number. Not the case.
Extremely unprofessional. Can't speak for her technique since she never showed for the appointment. Later said she sent an email that her business folded. Checked email and spam folder. Nothing.
Ruined my moms surprise by not showing up. Then we found out she closed down. We received no email, call, or text warning us. My mom waited forever for her hoping she would show 😔
She was a no call, no show. My husband bought a massage for Valentines Day and I was so excited when the day came. I had an extremely rough week and needed this. I waited for 45 minutes in my hot car, AC wasn't working well, so I could charge my phone and try to get a hold of her. I texted and called. She FINALLY texted me back TWO HOURS later..would have thought she could have called to apologize, given I explained the situation and how I was waiting. No apology!
