Very efficient and professional.
Such a friendly atmosphere! I was nervous about it but she was very comforting, quick and efficient.
Show up, call and stand outside for 15 minutes. Open sign lit up, door locked, car out front. Guess they just didn't want to work? Why turn on your open sign and not unlock the doors or answer the phone? Waste of my morning my employer will be hearing of this and will hopefully remove them from our approved list. Edit: I received a call back and quick appointment. They were very knowledgeable and offer a wide array of testing. Very customer friendly. Just need to change Google opening hours to avoid confusion. Thanks!
I have not used them yet but am in the process of using them, staff is kind, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, goes out of their way to find answers to any questions about tests, spends time with you on the phone, willing to call your Dr. They answer their phone, they call you back if they can't, best lab service I have ever dealt with.
