Tried calling three times to get information on their vacation packages for my family. All three times the receptionist picked up, asked me what I needed, she put me on hold and it rang and rang. It sounded like someone picked up the phone and promptly hung it up. That's fine, their not the only travel agency in the valley or on-line. I just wanted to keep my business local.

We had a wonderful experience working with Harmon Travel, specifically Danielle Stephens. She actively listened to our wants and desires and laid out several options. When we took a right turn and changed our budget and desires she patiently listened again and refined our criteria to find us our dream honeymoon.
