I have emailed with no response, but I want to say how thankful I am for the new manager. She has been a bright, shining light here since starting. She goes out of her way to help if you are struggling. I recently lost my husband, and she has been so kind during this time. She keeps her door open all day, never acts too busy to talk to us or help us, and treats us like we matter to her.
