I have emailed with no response, but I want to say how thankful I am for the new manager. She has been a bright, shining light here since starting. She goes out of her way to help if you are struggling. I recently lost my husband, and she has been so kind during this time. She keeps her door open all day, never acts too busy to talk to us or help us, and treats us like we matter to her. To many stupid rules.
This place would be paradise if someone else were managing it. I have lived here for 1.5 years now. I have seen 2 property managers, both of them are fluent in lies. The first one stole a certified letter from me, read it, then called me to discuss the contents of the letter. A week later she was promoted and transferred to another property. This is a no smoking property and the management encourages the people below me to smoke inside their apartment knowing that I have severe health issues. The smoking has been going on fo... read more
