Brought my 2000 F250 in for a full transmission rebuild. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. There was a manufacturer defect with the torque converter. I know Chris worked some nights and weekends to get my truck back on the road as fast as possible. He did more than I ever could have expected. I won't go anywhere else from now on for Transmission needs.
