First off let's say their hours of operations are not 24. Now let's get into the details. Bought a unit from them within the last 3 years. 15k to have it installed. Keep in mind they service it semi-annual. It's had a few communication errors to say the least. 3 days ago it crapped the bed. Day 1 they come out. I will say they were prompt the following day, and assured us it was fixed. It was not. I'm no havoc expert, but I can put my hand on a vent and know it's not blowing cold. Stop texting me after your tech and trainee messed up not just mine but also my parents ac units which you paid for a whole new inside Aframe unit due to the service and me an my kids had to sleep somewhere else till it was fixed. P.s still waiting on the 309.00 dollar refund for the service call that you said I was getting due to the inconvenience and mess up I’ve had 7 messages to give you a review in alittle over a week.
Very Happy with my air and heat unit .These guys worked hard and were very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. I highly recommend them for all your Heating and Air needs !!
