Showed up before scheduled time. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it while there.
We called with an emergency on Saturday afternoon. Within an hour, they were at the house and it was fixed in less than an hour! Absolutely thrilled with their service and pricing!

First off let's say their hours of operations are not 24. Now let's get into the details. Bought a unit from them within the last 3 years. 15k to have it installed. Keep in mind they service it semi-annual. It's had a few communication errors to say the least. 3 days ago it crapped the bed. Day 1 they come out. I will say they were prompt the following day, and assured us it was fixed. It was not. I'm no havoc expert, but I can put my hand on a vent and know it's not blowing cold.
