Absolutely gorgeous apartments. My friend lives there and is so happy with the decision to make the moves into the lofts. Great views of the city!!

Units are all beautiful and spacious. Maintenance guy is amazing. But the units are very HOT in summer and very chilly in winter. Old building, so not much they can do about it because of historical preservation rules. Parking is a nightmare most days. Windows are in SERIOUS need of repair. Neighbors are cool, good mix of ppl, lots of dogs, a few young families, a few young bro squads rooming together, and lots of older couples.
