Our furnace was broken and still is thanks to the unprofessional services of this company. I had an appointment first postponed without a call, Then hours later, after calling twice to see if anyone was on their way, I was told that I would be on their "overtime" as if it was inconveniencing them somehow. Still after more hours spent waiting they never showed and only finally called to apologize the day after. I would never recommend this company on their poor judgment and horrible communication with expectant customers.
