Power goes out multiple times a week. Even when weather is good power will be out on the hottest days for 7 or 8 hours a day. Power surges have ruined appliances. Call to let them know there’s an outage and the woman who answers the phone has a horrible attitude and acts like I’m bothering her. Wish there was a better power company in the area .
Expensive but worth it, both Beths are AMAZING, when life kicked me down they helped me up!! DON'T BE RUDE TO THEM!!!
So great service during business hours,but nights and weekends are spotty. Blown 2nd window unit so far, power shuts off for about 2 seconds then comes back on. If can't get better service, please at least send someone to reset my clocks every night. Thanks. .......
